For everyone’s safety, pets must be secured in their crates before entering the terminal, including when meeting or farewelling friends and whānau.

✈️ Departing? Keep your pet crated until you’re outside the terminal.
🧳 Collecting your pet? Keep them crated until you’ve exited the terminal.

Once outside, tools are available near the bike assembly area to help safely release your pet. Please keep pets on a lead once out of their crate.
