COMPETITION TIME

Vanstar NZ Ltd is looking for a tagline to add to its logo. If we adopt your tagline we will pay you a $100 for your contribution.

Vanstar has its logo on the trucks but it is not clear to all what we are all about and what we do. The Tagline we are looking for is to highlight that we are a Local carrier that specialises in Hand-loading and Hand-delivering freight and goods to both commercial and domestic identities.

Some other key indicators are:
We are versatile, responsive, effective, professional, well structured, service-focused, go more places more often, family-owned, kiwi owned.

An update from Vanstar.
We hope you are doing well and that you are enjoying the time with family.

With the Government announcement of level 3 effective Tuesday 28 April - Vanstar will be operating and opening up deliveries to all areas and keeping to the regulations deliveries will remain contactless.

Need an item picked up on your behalf and delivered to your door - no problem. If we can be of service in any way do not hesitate to contact us.

All our vehicles have been washed down, sterilised and have a thorough regime of cleaning down at the end of each shift.

Team members are wearing gloves when handling any goods and are calling prior to delivery to get instructions on where to leave the goods.

Vanstar are on the lookout for a awesome individual that loves being out and about, not have the boss looking over his/her shoulder every 5 secs and loves meeting a diversity of people on a daily bases.

Said individual needs to be bloody strong and want to just get on with the job.

Working together with another awesome individual to get the job done (no Bob the builder reference was intended here), you get to drive a modern Isuzu N series that looks and feels like a class 2 truck but only needs a class 1 licence to operate.

Its been a long time coming but we are finally going to FIJI with the Family. I wanted to make this special so at Vanstar NZ Ltd weve been thinking a lot about how as a society (Adults and Children) we take so many things for Granted.
I want to get the kids involved in giving back and understanding that in NZ we do actually have it really good compared to A LOT of the world. If you know me well then you will know that Ive always said …..“when I am in the position to give back I will”

• School Stuff.

Vanstar NZ Ltd is a North Canterbury based Company that delivers New Furniture throughout Christchurch and the Canterbury Districts.

We are looking for a Driver/Furniture Handler with a clean Full Class 1 Licence to deliver new Furniture to set commercial contracts for Saturday deliveries and possible relief work when mutually available.

The suitable person will need to be: reliable, have high energy, keen to learn, physically fit and have a high level of Customer Service. Being a Team Player is Important and having great attention to detail with good written and verbal communication skills is a must. On the job training provided however any experience in Customer Service, Furniture Moving would be an advantage. This job does involve HEAVY LIFTING often in tricky situations into diverse areas.
