Frequent User and Resident Membership Card T&C’s reminder!!

We’ve been getting lots of questions about how our Frequent User and Resident Membership Cards work. Here’s a couple of reminders:

▪️ One Frequent User/Resident Membership Card = one named cardholder = one fare/trip

▪️Travel using a card is for the named cardholder only. Each eligible traveller needs their own valid card, or the standard fare applies.

▪️Frequent User/Resident Membership cards cannot be used to purchase discounted travel for another passenger, another cardholder, or another vehicle/booking in front or behind you.

▪️These rules apply to both the vehicle and passenger ferries.

▪️More questions? Check out our Terms and Conditions or our FAQ pages on our website. https://northlandferries.co.nz/frequent-users/

We know some customers may have become used to a more flexible practice over time. To keep the scheme fair and sustainable, we are going to be applying these existing terms consistently across all services.

Please be kind to our crew. They are required to follow this policy and cannot make exceptions onboard.

Do you travel on our Bay of Islands ferries often or are you a Bay of Islands resident? Apply for a Frequent User Card or Resident Frequent User Card!
