Happy days! Successful chamois hunt this week with these two putting in the hard yards and coming away with a solid buck and bonus stag. A few tough days battling the wind, but plenty of smiles at the end of it.

Doors off earlier this week on a mission into the Craigieburn Forest Park.

Not too many perfect flat heli pads in this valley so we had to get creative and perch on a small ledge.

There’s some incredible scenery right at our doorstep.

65 years farming in the area, celebrated with a trip to the summit of Mt Torlesse.

A beautiful morning flying Pete and his family up to the top, looking out over the Canterbury Plains and standing on the summit he farmed for nearly 30 years.

From snow on Monday to 26° this weekend!

The weather's been all over the place, but it hasn't stopped us getting into the hills. We've had a great week out fishing with plenty of success along the way.

Pretty cool seeing the mountains go from snow and cloud at the start of the week to blue skies by the weekend. A couple photos that sum it up.
