A bit of an appreciation post as we’ve finally hit a massive milestone for Move It Bro’s… we officially have our own truck 🚛

We’ve got big plans for her already — eventually she’ll go from blue to black — but for now she’s perfect exactly how she is.

This truck isn’t just another vehicle to me. It’s a reminder of how far we’ve come and what can happen when people back you and believe in what you’re building.

First and foremost, thank you to my whānau. You’ve backed me through everything — the good days, the stressful days, the risks, and all the long hours.

To the boys and your whānau — thank you for every early morning, late finish, weekend shifts, and all the hard mahi that helped get us here. Move It Bro’s is built on hard work and good people.

To our customers — thank you to the people who trusted us from day one, the people who trust us today, and everyone who will trust us moving forward. You helped build this business and we don’t take that support lightly.

A huge thank you to TR Group. You supplied us with an awesome quality rental truck while we were growing and set the standard we wanted to maintain. When it came time to buy our own truck, we knew we wanted to keep that same level and quality moving forward.

Massive appreciation to the team at SBA Taradale for taking a lot of the admin stress off my shoulders and helping us focus on growing the business.

A huge thank you as well to the team at MTF Finance Napier for helping us get this over the line and supporting us through the process of securing our truck.

This week we got to help an awesome family with a full pack and relocation, making sure everything was wrapped, protected, and ready for the move.

From couches and beds to kitchen gear and the random drawer full of cables everyone has 😂 we handle it all with care.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the incredible mums out there — the ones doing the school runs, holding the household together, managing the chaos behind the scenes, and still somehow making it all work. Hope today you get spoiled properly. 🖤💐

Another busy week for the MIB crew.

Monday had us out in Pōrangahau, Central Hawke’s Bay, right near the world-famous Taumatawhakatangihangakoauauotamateaturipukakapikimaungahoronukupokaiwhenuakitanatahu. Safe to say the sign nearly took longer to read than the move itself.

Thursday had us out through Pukehamoamoa, moving some seriously stunning furniture for a lovely client. Some of the pieces were absolute works of art, and being trusted with furniture of that calibre is something we never take lightly. Whether it’s everyday household furniture or high-end designer pieces, everything gets treated with care and respect from start to finish. 🖤💪😎

Then Friday wrapped the week up with a relocation from Waipawa to Waipukurau for some wonderful clients who had spent 23 years in the same home. Plenty of memories packed into that truck, and those are always the jobs that remind us moving is about a lot more than just furniture.

Big miles, big week, and plenty more ahead. Appreciate all the continued support. 🖤💪🚛🤝

Big week for the MIB crew last week 🔥

Kicked things off in Ashley Clinton with a return customer moving just down the road into his own home — massive congrats to you brother, that’s a big milestone 🏡🖤

Next day we went Ashley Clinton to Dannevirke for a full house move. Was a challenging job, but the boys showed up, got it done properly, and kept the standard high the whole way through. Proud of that effort 💪🖤

Then we helped a client move out of storage and into her new place after a couple of weeks of waiting — always good seeing someone finally settled in their space 🙌🖤

Finished the week strong with a young family moving from Ōtāne to Hastings, plus a couple of quick furniture pickups from Napier back to Waipukurau to keep things moving 😎

Solid week. Consistent mahi. Proud of the team 💪😎🖤

Big week on the road for the team 🚛💨

We covered a solid stretch — Hastings to Napier, Ashley Clinton out to Fielding, then through Pourerere, Waipukurau, Kereru, and into Flemington. Long days, heavy lifts, and plenty of kilometres… but that’s how we like it 💪

Massive thanks to all our customers this week — good people, smooth moves, and proper teamwork all around 🙌

We’ve also got a new crew member on board… meet Pickle 🐾
A little Huntaway cross who might be tagging along on a few jobs. Don’t worry — morale is now at an all-time high 😄
