The following attributes are required:
- Be physically fit and mobile
- To be well presented & have a respectful mannerism towards workmates and customers
- To be able to look after and maintain your truck to our high standards
-whirly brush for washing + petrol wheel polisher for making this easy
- Can follow instructions but also be able to use initiative and common sense when they need
- Self motivation
- MUST HAVE experience in livestock cartage
- Class 5 licence
- MUST be a NZ Resident

About this job:
We are preparing for the upcoming season and looking for a driver to join our Sowing team driving a late model MAN Although some experience is preferred we are willing to train an applicant who shows initiative and is willing to learn something new.

Applicant Requirements:
Must hold a full NZ Class 2 Drivers Licence
Must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
Must be able to work as part of a team, as well as unsupervised
Must be committed to maintaining high standards of
Reliability, honesty, and excellent communication skills
Solid work ethic, positive attitude, and a willingness to learn
Truck driving experience
Class 4 or 5 licence would be an advantage but is not essential.
Able to work weekends in the peak season
NZ Citizen or Resident
Eligibility to work in NZ and/or a valid NZ work visa
Must take pride in their work and the company vehicles

An opportunity for a great career and further development in the transport industry
Guaranteed 40 hours per week – Maximum 70 hours during peak periods

Days of Work:
Mon to Fri – or as required during peak periods 6 Days a week

Pay Details:
per hour depending on experience
