This week we're helping prepare for an archaeological team to excavate a very, very old sea craft from the mouth of a small creek on the northern edge of Chatham Island.

The logistics behind these digs are more complex than we realised. It's a very cool project to be associated with.

The weather has been pretty challenging so we were grateful to get some indoor work building workbenches out of left over offcuts yesterday.

These steel structures (bent by hand on-site) are destined to become in-ground sumps for recycling rainwater for a semi automated, drive through truck wash.

It's a great project to be involved with.
