Aviation Radio Ltd is celebrating its 75th anniversary this year in October.
2005, Nick Wisnewski joins Bernie & Jim as owners of Aviation Radio. He started in 1994, asking Mac for Summer work once he finished at CIT, (Central Institute of Technology, now closed). After the Summer Holidays, Mac said, "are you staying on?" The rest is history. Nick is currently Manager and Chief Engineer.

Aviation Radio Ltd is celebrating its 75th anniversary this year in October.
After Mac retired, his 2 "apprentices'", Bernie Robertson and Jim Willcox took over the running of the business in March 1997. They brought the Company into the "modern era" where GPS became an everyday word and now it is the backbone of Avionics in systems, such as, Ground Proximity EGPWS, enroute and approach Navigation and Airbourne surveillance ADS-B.
