Whether you’re travelling for business or a well-earned vacation, your journey to Panama can begin well beyond its borders.

Elevair arranges international private jet charters alongside private flights and helicopter transfers throughout Panama. We bring together the aircraft, aviation partners and coordination needed to connect your international travel with your plans on the ground.

For an upcoming charter, we have arranged a Bombardier Challenger 300 to bring nine passengers on a non-stop flight from California to Panama City.

Within Panama, our work connects travellers with island resorts, yachts and international flights.

Every journey has its own requirements. We assess the itinerary, aircraft suitability, airports and landing locations, then coordinate the arrangements before and after the flight.

With local knowledge and trusted aviation relationships across the region and overseas, Elevair gives clients a single point of coordination for journeys involving multiple destinations and services.

Newly married couple from Nebraska on their way to Nayara Bocas with Elevair.

With our private charter experience, clinets are met at their arrival jetway and escorted away from the main public terminal to our private aviation facility.

We look after luggage transfer. Immigration and customs are completed privately off-terminal, and passengers then continue directly to Bocas del Toro aboard their charter aircraft.

There is no airport change, no second flight check-in, and no need to go through another airline process before reaching the resort.

Projects we quoted on this week, what a variety. Awarded a few, let's see about the others getting booked....
1) G-IV-SP in the Caribbean, 2) Hawker 400 to Guatemala, 3) Phenon 300 in USA, 4) Lear 60 XLS in USA and the most time consuming one, a piston Robinson 44 in Panama!

Most visitors see the Panama Canal from a viewing platform.

A few see it like this.

Follow massive vessels through the Canal, fly above its locks and rainforest, trace the Caribbean coastline toward historic Fort San Lorenzo with a low level flight along the the Rio Chargres, then return to the modern skyline of Panama City.

A private VIP helicopter journey offering a perspective of Panama that very few visitors ever experience.

Less like a tour. More like access.

Moving internationally with a large dog—or several pets—can make an already complicated relocation even more difficult.

Airline size limits, cargo concerns, seasonal temperature restrictions and unsuitable routings can sometimes leave families without an acceptable travel option.

Elevair coordinates owner-accompanied private air charter journeys for families and individuals relocating with pets throughout the Americas.

We manage the private aviation from departure through final arrival—including aircraft sourcing, routing, operational planning and real-time coordination.

Veterinary requirements and pet import or export documentation remain with qualified specialists.

If conventional airline travel by cargo isn't suitable for your pet, I'd be pleased to discuss the journey with you.

Los Angeles to Buenos Aires—with a day exploring San Blas along the way.

A few weeks ago, a family planned their international itinerary around a 16-hour connection in Panama for a very specific reason. They wanted to experience San Blas without making a separate round-trip journey from Los Angeles just to visit Panama.

Their flight from LAX arrived at Tocumen International Airport at 6:30 a.m. Their onward flight to Buenos Aires was scheduled for 10:30 that evening.
That gave me quite a few moving pieces to coordinate.

I arranged a helicopter flight from Panama City to San Blas, followed by a private boat and Guna Yala guide for exploring the islands. They returned aboard a Kodiak aircraft from another small island airstrip, with time for showers, a change of clothes and dinner at a city hotel before heading back to Tocumen.

Behind the scenes were two aircraft, several ground movements, a private boat and guide, luggage management and careful coordination around two international flights. I also prepared a small day pack for each guest with a beach towel, snacks, water, sunscreen and a waterproof phone pouch.

Instead of adding another international trip to their travel plans, they transformed a carefully scheduled connection into a private San Blas expedition.

This is the kind of complex, highly personalized journey I love bringing together. In this case the journey between two flights becasme the most memorable part of their trip.

San Blas Day Trip by Air.. this family of five enroute from California to Buenos Aires took advantage of their 18 hour layover to make their dream of seeing the San Blas Islands by air and water happen. From pick up at Tocumen Airport, then by helicopter to Carti, exploring the islands of San Blas with their private Guna guide and boat, and return to Panama City by aircraft from Corazon de Jesus... back to Tocumen happy and tired for their 10:30 departure to EZE. All inclusive, every step closely coordinated by Elevair.
