We are delighted to announce that our 2027 Northwest Passage Expedition aboard Quest is now in partnership with Wavysail.

This voyage will attempt one of the world's most iconic and challenging sailing routes, traversing the Canadian Arctic from Greenland to Alaska while exploring the history, people, and rapidly changing environment of the Northwest Passage.

We are particularly excited to partner with Wavysail, whose support with participant onboarding, logistics, and shore-side operations will help us focus on what we do best: running a safe and meaningful expedition at sea.

Alongside the voyage, we are continuing to develop a documentary project in collaboration with Wild Films, while exploring opportunities for citizen science initiatives and environmental observation along the route.

The Northwest Passage has inspired explorers for over 400 years. In 2027, Quest will continue that story.

After a lot of preparation, our Northwest Passage expedition page is now live.

The Northwest Passage is more than a route. It is a historic, cultural, and geographic threshold that has challenged explorers for centuries. Our approach is shaped by respect for that history, the environment, and the realities of navigating one of the most demanding regions on Earth.

The expedition will be documented in collaboration with Wild Films, and we actively welcome participants who wish to use the voyage as part of a broader project, including research, writing, documentation, or other knowledge-based work.

Life onboard allows space for conversation, reflection, and exchange of ideas. Through film, text, and photography, we hope to contribute to a deeper understanding of polar regions and the realities of operating in remote Arctic environments.
