RIE'S COURIER SERVICES business operation guidelines for SPX EXPRESS parcels are as follows:

MONDAY TO FRIDAY
📌- Seller Drop-off (7am to 7pm)
If you decide to drop off past 7pm, we can still accommodate but scanning of parcels will be done the next day (kinabukasan). This is to comply with the cut off policy of shopee. We cannot scan past 7pm, apologies.
If you do not wish to leave your parcels unscanned, you may come back during our business hours.

📌- Buyer Self - Collect (9am to 11:30am & 1pm to 7pm)

📌- Return and Refund / Return to Seller "RR" (9am to 11:30am & 1pm to 7pm)

For buyer self collect and RR, we have a LUNCH BREAK from 11:30am to 1pm, we do not accommodate during this time. Please be considerate.

For SATURDAYS and/or next day Holiday/VACATION - cut off for SELLER AND RR DROP OFF is until 2pm only.

SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS - CLOSE
