Story time.
To be honest, my first job was in BPO industry during the pandemic. As a fresh graduate, I was jobless for 6 months.
I spent 3 years in the BPO industry (non-voice), and I genuinely loved my career. But it also gave me the courage to take a leap and try my luck working abroad.
2024, I came to Dubai with no idea what to expect. I started 7 months of training in hospitality industry, working in Marketing. As time passed, I learned so much not just professionally, but personally as well.
Plot twist: last year, I got hired by a new company that offered better opportunities. Everything seemed to be going well until life tested me with challenges, not only as a career woman but also as a wife.
Now that I’m getting older, I’ve realized that life isn’t about having the perfect job title. It’s about having a healthy life, peace of mind and stability. Everything else will follow. 🤍
