A tropical depression located east of Mindanao is expected to enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) by Sunday, November 2, 2025, at which time it will be assigned the local name “Tino.”

According to PAGASA, it is forecast to move west-northwest toward Eastern Visayas and the Caraga Region, with the potential to intensify into a typhoon before landfall early next week.
