BAMAPCOM Entrepreneurs Multipurpose Cooperative (BEMC) invites Architects, Civil/Structural Engineers, and/or Architectural/Engineering Firms to submit their Letter of Intent and Design Proposal for the proposed development of the Cooperative’s property in Irisan, Baguio City.

💰 PROJECT COST

The estimated project cost for the proposed development is to be determined based on the approved final design and detailed engineering plans. Proponents are encouraged to submit conceptual cost estimates together with their design proposals for evaluation purposes.
