PABATID SA PUBLIKO

Patuloy na pinangangalagaan ng MARELCO ang katapatan, integridad, at transparency sa lahat ng pakikipagtransaksyon nito sa mga Member-Consumer-Owners (MCOs), lalo na sa usapin ng pagbabayad ng mga obligasyon sa kuryente.

Kaya naman nais po naming ipabatid sa publiko na hindi nagsasagawa ang MARELCO ng anumang hindi awtorisado o hindi opisyal na transaksyon sa pagtanggap ng bayad. Ang mga pagbabayad lamang na isinasagawa sa Main Office, mga Area Office, at iba pang opisyal na collection activities ng MARELCO na may kaukulang opisyal na resibo (Service Invoice) ang kinikilala at itinuturing na legal na transaksyon.

Dagdag pa rito, hindi kailanman tumatanggap ang MARELCO ng sobrang bayad o anumang halaga kapalit ng pabor sa anumang serbisyo na ibinibigay ng MARELCO katulad ng pagpapaliban ng disconnection, pagpapabilis sa new connection at iba pa. Ang ganitong gawain ay labag sa mga patakaran at prinsipyong itinataguyod ng kooperatiba.

Upang maiwasan ang panlilinlang at hindi pagkakaunawaan, hinihikayat ang lahat ng consumer na masusing suriin ang kanilang Statement of Account bago magbayad ng electric bill, tiyaking ang anumang computation o billing ay pirmado at inisyu ng isang awtorisadong kinatawan ng MARELCO at Laging humingi ng opisyal na resibo bilang patunay ng inyong pagbabayad.

Ang inyong kooperasyon at pagiging mapanuri ay mahalaga upang mapanatili ang maayos, patas, at tapat na serbisyo para sa lahat.

Marinduque Electric Cooperative, Inc. (MARELCO) is currently looking for a suitable parcel of land in the Municipality of Sta. Cruz, Marinduque, to serve as the site of its proposed 10MVA Substation Project.

Property owners who have land available for sale and meeting the following general requirements are encouraged to coordinate with MARELCO:

Preferred Property Requirements
• Lot area - 2,500 square meters (minimum);
• Located within the identified load center area from Barangay Manlibunan to Barangay Tawiran, Sta. Cruz, Marinduque;
• With a Right-of-Way (ROW) of at least five (5) meters wide and an access road suitable for heavy equipment;
• Not more than one (1) kilometer from the nearest three-phase distribution line and 69kV sub-transmission line;
• Flat or gently sloping terrain suitable for construction;
• Firm ground and not prone to erosion, liquefaction, flooding, landslides, or other geological hazards;
• Compatible with utility or industrial use; and
• Free from liens, encumbrances, and adverse claims.

Documents That May Be Required

Interested property owners may be requested to submit the following documents for evaluation:
• Copy of Title (TCT/OCT/Mother Title);
• Updated Tax Declaration;
• Latest Real Property Tax Receipt;
• Vicinity Map and Technical Description;
