Advisory: Temporary Service Interruption During Power Interruptions

We regret to inform you that whenever there is a power interruption in Poblacion Dauis where the 1st Booster is located, our water supply operations may also be affected. This is due to the current condition of the main breaker of our 175 KVA generator, which is not functioning properly and is preventing our VFD system from operating during power interruptions.
Our Maintenance Team is already working diligently to troubleshoot and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

💧In the meantime, we kindly advise everyone to conserve and store sufficient water for use in case of emergency or unexpected power interruptions.💧

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and greatly appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to restore the equipment to proper working condition.

We are pleased to inform everyone that as of April 3, 2026, 7:00AM , the water supply of South Balibago Resources Inc. – Bohol Branch has returned to normal. Water pressure is now back to its optimal level, from Biking Dauis to Doljo Panglao.

We are currently experiencing low water pressure due to the 20 HP VFD controller, which can only accommodate two pumping stations and has reached the breaker’s maximum capacity. We have urgently requested a higher-capacity VFD controller from our Head Office to support the 40 HP Vertical Inline Pump. However, this may take time as it is subject to Head Office approval.
We apologize for the inconvenience and ask for your patience and understanding. 🙏
