Maraming Salamat RP-C4156!!

The second "Let's Fly Every Juan" livery I flew! This particular airframe was delivered to Cebu Pacific in June 2023 and back then it was in an all white livery. Later in August 2023, it was painted to a special livery, making it a rare & special catch to Aviation Enthusiast in the Philippines and Southeast Asia. Honestly, I never expected to fly her almost one year after her sister (RP-C4160). Thank you for your service RP-C4156! Si RP-C4268 kulang nalang!

5J Airbus A320CEO

After 21 years of flight, 5J's A320ceo across its fleet slowly disappears from Philippine Skies. 13 remained in service, with RP‑C4100 recently making its final flight on their CEB-MNL route last June 28, 2026. Once a common sight in Philippine skies, these ceo jets are steadily being replaced by the newer A320neo family.

Airbus Commuter

Philippine Airlines (PAL Express) had been using the Dash 8 on CEB–DVO–CEB, but rising demand outgrew the Q400 capacity. Now some flights on this route are operated with A320s to accommodate more passengers.

Last to deplane! As you can see in the photo F/O is doing the walk-around the aircraft. While the ground crew is currently offloading the remaining baggage from the previous flight and the flight dispatcher monitoring the progress of the flight.

Laguindingan Airport | CGY/RPMY

Laguindingan International Airport opened for commercial operations in 2013, replacing Lumbia Airport in Cagayan de Oro. It is the second‑busiest airport in Mindanao after Davao’s Francisco Bangoy International Airport. Current routes include Manila, Cebu, Davao, and Iloilo, served by Philippine Airlines, Cebu Pacific, Philippines AirAsia, Sunlight Air, Royal Air Philippines, and previously Zest Air (now merged into Philippines AirAsia).

Note: During the airport’s early months the control tower’s equipment was not fully installed. In that period, arriving and departing aircraft coordinated clearances from the Lumbia control tower over 30+ kilometers away from the airport.

Special BR Arrival!

B-16332 was the second aircraft in EVA Air’s fleet to wear the Hello Kitty scheme, introduced in 2014. In 2017 it was repainted into the Sanrio Characters Joyful Dream livery that we see today.
