ADVISORY: TERMINAL UPDATE

As part of ongoing efforts to optimize terminal capacity and improve passenger movement at NAIA, the following airline terminal changes will be implemented:

Effective March 29, 2026
From Terminal 1 to Terminal 3
- Air China (CA)
- China Eastern (MU)
- Vietnam Airlines (VN)
- Royal Brunei (BI)
- Shenzhen Airlines (ZH)

From Terminal 3 to Terminal 1
- Philippines AirAsia (Z2) – International flights only
- AirAsia Berhad (AK)
Effective April 1, 2026

From Terminal 1 to Terminal 3
- Japan Airlines (JL)

Passengers are advised to verify their terminal assignment with their airline prior to travel.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS FOR ALL TRAVELING THIS HOLIDAY SEASON

Yes, it's that time of the year when we will be going home to our hometowns, our provinces, or going on vacations with our families. As such, it will definitely also be a busy season for the airlines. Let's also not forget the traffic to the airports.

So here are important reminders once again.

𝐏͟𝐥͟𝐞͟𝐚͟𝐬͟𝐞͟ ͟𝐛͟𝐞͟ ͟𝐚͟𝐭͟ ͟𝐭͟𝐡͟𝐞͟ ͟𝐚͟𝐢͟𝐫͟𝐩͟𝐨͟𝐫͟𝐭͟ ͟𝐚͟𝐭͟ ͟𝐥͟𝐞͟𝐚͟𝐬͟𝐭͟ ͟𝐭͟𝐡͟𝐫͟𝐞͟𝐞͟ ͟(͟𝟑͟)͟ ͟𝐡͟𝐨͟𝐮͟𝐫͟𝐬͟ ͟𝐛͟𝐞͟𝐟͟𝐨͟𝐫͟𝐞͟ ͟𝐝͟𝐞͟𝐩͟𝐚͟𝐫͟𝐭͟𝐮͟𝐫͟𝐞͟ ͟𝐟͟𝐨͟𝐫͟ ͟𝐝͟𝐨͟𝐦͟𝐞͟𝐬͟𝐭͟𝐢͟𝐜͟ ͟𝐟͟𝐥͟𝐢͟𝐠͟𝐡͟𝐭͟𝐬͟ ͟𝐚͟𝐧͟𝐝͟ ͟𝐟͟𝐨͟𝐮͟𝐫͟ ͟(͟𝟒͟)͟ ͟𝐡͟𝐨͟𝐮͟𝐫͟𝐬͟ ͟𝐟͟𝐨͟𝐫͟ ͟𝐢͟𝐧͟𝐭͟𝐞͟𝐫͟𝐧͟𝐚͟𝐭͟𝐢͟𝐨͟𝐧͟𝐚͟𝐥͟ ͟𝐟͟𝐥͟𝐢͟𝐠͟𝐡͟𝐭͟𝐬͟.͟ Check-in counters close 45 minutes before the scheduled time of departure for domestic flights and one (1) hour before for international flights to ensure there is ample time for all necessary pre-flight procedures.

After checking in, it is encouraged that passengers immediately go through immigration and final security to avoid delays. Boarding commences 45 minutes before the scheduled departure.

Do not arrive at the airport 30 minutes before your flight and then end up acting like some crybaby trying to play victim on social media after the check-in counters and even boarding gates are closed.
