Goldtrans B.T.S. is urgently looking for **10 qualified, experienced, and disciplined Bus Drivers** for our **Manila ↔ Bicol route.**
We need drivers who are **responsible, safety-first, respectful to passengers, marunong sumunod sa company rules, at may malasakit sa unit at pasahero.**
# # **AVAILABLE POSITION:**
**10 Bus Drivers**
# # **WHO MAY APPLY:**
✅ Experienced provincial bus drivers
✅ Tourist bus drivers
✅ Shuttle / company bus drivers
✅ Drivers with long-distance route experience
✅ **Truck drivers / trucking drivers are welcome to apply** as long as qualified, disciplined, and willing to adjust to passenger bus operation
# # **QUALIFICATIONS:**
✅ Male applicants preferred
✅ 30 to 45 years old preferred
✅ With at least **3 years professional driving experience**
✅ Familiar with **Manila to Bicol route** is an advantage
✅ With valid **Professional Driver’s License** allowed for bus operation
✅ Physically fit and willing to undergo medical exam, drug test, company driving test, and background checking
✅ No serious accident record, reckless driving record, hit-and-run record, illegal drug issue, or major traffic violation
✅ Honest, disciplined, patient, and respectful to passengers
✅ Knows basic vehicle inspection before and after trip
✅ Willing to follow dispatch schedule, terminal rules, route instructions, speed limit, and company safety policy
✅ Willing to be trained under Goldtrans B.T.S. passenger service and bus operation standards
# # **IMPORTANT FOR TRUCKING / TRUCK DRIVER APPLICANTS:**
Truck drivers are welcome to apply, but must be willing to adjust from cargo operation to passenger operation.
Passenger bus driving requires:
✅ Smoother driving
✅ Proper passenger handling
✅ Extra patience and discipline
✅ Defensive driving at all times
✅ Proper braking, cornering, and speed control
✅ Strict compliance with dispatch and terminal rules
✅ Careful handling of the unit to avoid unnecessary damage
# # **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:**
✅ Drive safely and defensively at all times
✅ Inspect the bus before departure and after arrival
✅ Report any mechanical issue, warning light, unusual noise, brake concern, tire issue, aircon problem, or damage immediately
✅ Follow approved route, dispatch time, speed limit, and terminal rules
✅ Keep the unit clean, safe, and roadworthy
✅ Treat passengers, staff, inspectors, dispatchers, and co-workers with respect
✅ Avoid poor driving habits such as overspeeding, harsh braking, sudden acceleration, improper gear handling, and careless driving
✅ Protect company property and help prevent unnecessary breakdowns

📌 NBI Clearance
📌 Police Clearance or Barangay Clearance
📌 Medical Certificate, if available
