We were supposed to fly to HK last December but Cebpac cancelled our flight. The WNB team was able to assist us immediately on what we can do as to rescheduling, etc., and they were generous enough to give us a free day tour in Macau. 🥰 If this was with another tour operator, I know they would not go above and beyond like how WNB handled the situation.
The team behind WNB is also very responsive. The owner, ms. Zy, even called me personally and has messaged with me multiple times to make sure everything goes smoothly during our trip. HK will have a special place in our heart because this was our first out of the country as a family and it was all because of the wonderful WNB team working their magic 💕
