If Pax Cancellation or No Show, will forfeit the total amount paid.
Accommodation upgrade to Standard Hotel is available with price difference.

Van Transfer Schedule is until 6PM ONLY, additional surcharge after 6pm.
Flight Schedule is independent from us, in case of delay, there will be an adjustment in van transfers.
If Flight is delayed and if arrival is after 6pm, there will be an additional surcharge for van transfer rate.
All Tours and Transfers are Joining/ Shared with other Tourists.

El Nido is a plastic free community. Bring Reusable Drinking Bottles. Always throw your garbage properly
Avoid eating street foods, always check/make sure that food is hot or freshly cooked. Avoid drinking water
from unknown sources to prevent stomach trouble.
