Key Responsibilities:
• Employee relations and disciplinary concerns
• Ensures compliance with company policies, labor laws, and assist employees with government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-Ibig, etc.)
• Maintains company and employee records and HR documentations organized and updated
• Coordinates with the safety and training department for trainings, orientations, and other certification requirements of the employees
• Monitor and promotes proper work ethics and ensures professional boundaries are consistently observed
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned
