COMPANY HISTORY
FRETS INCORPORATED was duly organized and registered as a private corporation at the SECURITIES and EXCHANGE COMMISSION on February 17, 1997. The company started with two delivery vans and operated in a small residential office in the town of Binan, Laguna. Fourteen years after, FRETS was able to establish a fleet of more than sixty six delivery units and now operates on a 1,500
square meter industrial lot in one of Carmona, Cavite’s premier industrial park – Golden Mile Business Park. When FRETS moved its entire operations at the Golden Mile Business Park in 2004, they have been strategically proximate to nearby manufacturing plants and warehouses. One of their pioneer clients was Wyeth Philippines which is now owned by pharmaceutical giant Pfizer. Their strategic location and commitment to service excellence have satisfied Pfizer’s demanding logistics demands. Since then, FRETS continue to be Pfizer’s leading partner for the delivery of their outstanding products. FRETS delivery operations cover areas mostly of Luzon and some regions in the Visayas. They also provide warehouse lease ideal for goods storage or safekeeping. It’s founder and current operations chief, Mr. Arturo Q. Joson has long years of experience in warehouse operations and management. Before he started FRETS, Mr. Joson handled the warehouse and logistics operations of WYETH Philippines for more than 10 years. Aside from FRETS Inc, he is also presently enaged in other businesses from different industries. These include an insurance brokerage, Jasa Insurance Agency and Management Consultants Inc, a feed mill situated in Sto. Tomas, Batangas, Nutrimeal Feeds Corporation, and Quick Minds Corporation.
