We, the CATUBIG TRANSPORT COOPERATIVE (CATRANSCO), a duly registered Transport Service Entity (TSE) under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and registered with the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) under Certificate of Registration No. 9520-100800039502, hereby greet you with peace and prosperity.

As the Chairperson of CATUBIG TRANSPORT COOPERATIVE (CATRANSCO) It is my distinct Honor to announce that CATRANSCO is officially OPEN FOR NEW MEMBERSHIP.


ABOUT CATRANSCO;
CATRANSCO is organized under Republic Act 9520 (Philippine Cooperative Code of 2008) to operate, manage, and maintain safe, efficient, and reliable public utility transport services, including UV Express operations and duly authorized transport routes for the benefit of its members and the riding public.

We are a member-owned, member-governed cooperative dedicated to uplifting the livelihood of transport workers and promoting professional, world-class public transport service.


Membership is open to all qualified individuals who meet the following criteria:

1. Filipino Citizen, of legal age (18 years old and above);

2. Transport Operators / with or without Franchise Holders

3. Professional Drivers — with valid Professional Driver’s License and good driving record;

4. Good Moral Character — no criminal record, no major traffic violations;

5. Willing to abide by the Articles of Cooperation, By-Laws, and policies of the
Cooperative.


MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS;

i. Duly Accomplished Membership Form Available at CATRANSCO Office
ii. Certificate of PMES Completion Pre-Membership Education Seminar — mandatory
iii. 2 pcs 2×2 ID Photos White background, recent
iv. Any Valid Government ID
v. 5.TIN Certificate / TIN ID for BIR Registration (if Any)
vi. Transport Documents Driver’s License (Driver;s) / OR/CR / (Operators)



1. Submit complete documents to CATRANSCO Office — B. Tafalla St., Brgy. 3 (Pob.), Catubig, Northern Samar

2. Attend PMES — Pre-Membership Education Seminar

3. Approval — Board of Directors acts within 30 days from filing

4. Pay fees & share capital upon notice of approval

5. Oath-Taking & Induction — as official Regular Member
