5 Days 4 Nights Bohol & Cebu Adventure Itinerary Our Guests from Taiwan πΉπΌ β€οΈβ€οΈβ€οΈ
Day 1: Arrival & Transfer to Bohol
β’ 11:15 AM: Airport pickup β Your designated driver will meet you at the arrival area and es**rt you to the port.
β’ Money exchange: You can convert your currency to local money at authorized counters available at the airport or port for convenience and safety.
β’ Ferry ride to Bohol: Board the ferry bound for Bohol. Enjoy the sea views during the crossing, which takes around 2 hours. Light snacks and drinks are usually available onboard.
β’ Drop-off at Blue Star Fish Villa: Upon arriving in Bohol, take a short land transfer to your accommodation in Panglao Island, where you can settle in and rest.
Day 2: Marine Exploration
β’ 6:30 AM: Pickup β Early start to make the most of the dayβs water activities.
β’ Dolphin watching: Head out by boat to areas where dolphins are commonly spotted. These playful creatures are most active early in the morning, often seen swimming alongside boats or leaping out of the water.
β’ Balicasag Island: Visit this protected marine sanctuary, known for crystal-clear waters, vibrant coral reefs, and diverse marine life. Youβll have time to swim or snorkel, and thereβs a high chance of encountering gentle sea turtles. Please remember not to touch corals or marine animals, and keep a safe distance from wildlife.
β’ Lunch: Enjoy fresh local seafood, including sea urchins β a popular local delicacy often served raw with lime and chili, or prepared in other ways. Meals are typically served near the shore with scenic views.
β’ Return to mainland: Head back to Panglao by mid-afternoon.
β’ Napaling Scuba Diving: Explore Napaling Reef, famous for its dramatic underwater wall, colorful fish species, and occasional sightings of larger marine creatures. Professional guides will assist you, whether you are a certified diver or trying it for the first time. Snorkeling is also an option if you prefer to stay near the surface.
β’ Drop-off at Blue Star Fish Villa: Return to your villa to freshen up and relax.
Day 3: Bohol Countryside & Adventure
β’ 11:00 AM: Pickup β A more relaxed start to explore Boholβs inland attractions.
β’ Loay Floating Restaurant: Cruise along the scenic Loay River while enjoying a buffet of traditional Filipino dishes. Cultural performances like music and dance are often part of the experience, giving you a taste of local traditions.
β’ Chocolate Hills: Visit Boholβs most famous natural landmark β more than 1,200 grass-covered hills spread across the landscape. They turn a rich brown color during the dry season, resembling giant chocolate mounds. Climb up to the viewing deck for panoramic views and photos.
β’ Tarsier Sanctuary: See the worldβs smallest primates, the tarsiers, known for their large eyes and tiny size. These nocturnal creatures are very sensitive, so please keep voices low and avoid using flash photography. The sanctuary works to protect and conserve this unique species.
β’ Zipline & ATV Ride: Head to a nature park for exciting outdoor activities. The zipline offers sweeping views of forests and hills, while ATV rides let you traverse rugged trails and explore the natural surroundings. All necessary safety gear and guidance will be provided.
β’ Drop-off at Blue Star Fish Villa: End the day back at your accommodation.
Day 4: Whale Sharks, Waterfalls & Travel to Cebu
β’ 5:30 AM: Pickup β Very early start to reach Oslob in time for the best whale shark encounters.
β’ Boat and land travel to Oslob: Travel back from Bohol to Cebu, then proceed south by land to Oslob. The journey takes several hours, but youβll pass through scenic coastal and rural landscapes.
β’ Whale Shark Swimming: Oslob is a world-renowned spot to swim alongside whale sharks β the largest fish in the ocean, known for their gentle nature. Before entering the water, youβll receive a briefing on safety rules and guidelines, such as maintaining a safe distance and not touching or disturbing the animals. The experience is truly memorable and suitable for swimmers of different skill levels.
β’ Tumalog Falls: Visit this beautiful waterfall tucked away in lush greenery. Its clear, cascading waters form natural pools perfect for a refreshing swim or simply relaxing and enjoying the peaceful surroundings.
β’ Travel to Cebu City: Head back north to Cebu City, arriving in the late afternoon or evening.
β’ Drop-off at hotel in Cebu City: Check into your hotel and take time to rest after a long day of adventure.
Day 5: Departure
β’ 9:30 AM: Pickup β Transfer from your hotel to the airport, with ample time before your flight.
β’ Home sweet home: End of your wonderful trip!
