✅ Make real-time operational decisions to address delays, system issues, and fleet shortages
✅ Lead, coach, and develop team members to maintain high performance and accountability
✅ Prepare and submit regular operational reports on KPIs, dispatch performance, fleet utilization, remittances, and compliance
