Unsubscribe from SMS-VAS (Value Added Services) subscriptions

To terminate your subscriptions to services received via SMS such as weekly tips, ringtones or other content, key-in CHECK and send it to the access number that regularly sends the information to you (Example: Type CHECK and send to 288).

You will receive a notification indicating all the services you are subscribed to.
Follow the instructions on how to cancel the service. (CHECK service is not available for access code 283 since this is maintained by different content providers.) Cancellation procedure is FREE.
You may also send STOP ALL to a specific access number to unsubscribe to all services from that source.
To stop receiving alerts from SMART, send ALERTS OFF to 211.

SMART introduced ‘Pasaload’ Application on Facebook

The Official Pasaload Application of SMART (Smart Communications, Inc.) can now be accessed on Facebook.
Through this web application, smart users can pass a load without clicking the keypads of their phones. Instead, you can send load to your family, friends and loved ones online while you are surfing the net.

The newest and convenient offer from SMART can be accessed through your Facebook account. Just log in with your FB and click this link.

REGISTER YOUR MOBILE NUMBER
1. Go to the Smart PasaLoad Application on Facebook(http://apps.facebook.com/pasaload/)
2. Setup/Add your mobile number by clicking on Add My Number
- Add your cellphone number
- Wait for the confirmation key (SMS)
- Enter the confirmation key on the text box of the verification window
(Note: You will receive another SMS confirming the succesful registration of your mobile number)

1. Click on Add a Contact
- Enter First Name, Last Name and Mobile number
- You can also tag a Facebook friend when adding their contact number

Pasaload with Smart
Sharing load via text is very common in the Philippines. Sharing load from one Smart cell phone to another is called Pasaload. Each time you transfer load there is a small charge from the carrier.

How to Pasaload
Smart Pasaload is really simple to do. As long as you have a smart Buddy SIM and you can pass your load to any other Smart Buddy SIM. There will be a charge of P1.00 to the sender for each pasaload regardless of denomination.

How do you share-a-load in Globe?

For Globe subscribers,

1. Text-in amount.

2. Send the text to "2" plus your friend's 10-digit phone number (P1.00 per send).

3. You and your friend will receive a message confirming the successful reload.

4. After the first load, you will receive a text message prompting for a 4-digit PIN. Use it to protect your phone against unauthorized loading.

5. Starting with your next load, text in amount and 4-digit PIN.
