MAY 17 Cebu to Paris. We fly from Cebu via Dubai to Paris. Sit back, relax and enjoy the flight.
MAY 18 Paris (France). Welcome to the City of Lights! On arrival in Paris we will be transferred from airport for a city tour. We start with a visit to the Chapel of the Miraculous Medal in Rue du Bac where we see the incorrupt body of St. Catherine Laboure and the chair where the Blessed Mother sat when she appeared to St. Catherine. This is also the shrine of St. Vincent De Paul, founder of the Fathers of Charity. We take a panoramic tour to view the famous landmarks such as the Notre Dame Cathedral, Louvre, Arc D’Triomphe, Place de la Concorde, Invalides and many more. In the afternoon, we visit the Sacre Coeur at Montmarte, followed by a one hour Bateaux Parisiene Cruise of the River Seine. Tonight, prepare your luggage arrangement for tomorrow’s train ride to Lourdes. (D)
MAY 19 Paris/Lourdes. In the morning we ascend the second level of the Eiffel tower to take a lasting look at this magnificent city’s landscape. Then we proceed to Montparnasse for our TGV fast train ride to Lourdes. We will be met at the Lourdes station. Free time for personal devotion until we join the candlelight procession. (B,D)
MAY 20 Lourdes We will experience the miraculous baths where many have been healed. Then we do a half -day guided tour visiting the house of St. Bernadette, her baptismal font and the prison cell where her family lived. We end our tour in the huge underground Basilica that can accommodate 100,000 people. At sundown, we join the solemn candlelight procession. (B,D)
MAY 21 Lourdes/San Sebastian/Burgos (Spain). We drive through the scenic seaside city of San Sebastian beside the Gulf of Biscayne. We continue to Burgos for an orientation tour visiting the old city and its beautiful gothic Basilica. Overnight in Burgos. (B,D)
MAY 22 Burgos/Salamanca/Fatima (Portugal) We take a long distance drive passing by the university town of Salamanca where many famous personages and saints studied such as St. Ignatius de Loyola, St. John of the Cross and Christopher Columbus. We continue to Fatima where our Blessed Mother appeared to the three children, Lucia, Francisco and Jacinta in 1917. It is said that the Blessed Virgin continued visiting Lucia on her birthday until she died at the age of 97. We attend the international evening mass at the Chapel of Apparitions and the candlelight procession. (B,D)
MAY 23 Fatima/Santarem/Fatima. We drive to Santarem to visit the we tour Cova da Iria, the sleepy village where the three Church of Eucharistic Miracle. Then children lived and where the Angel of Peace and the Blessed Mother appeared to them. Join the procession in the evening. (B,D)
MAY 24 Fatima /Caceres / Avila (Spain). We drive to the medieval city of Avila, stopping by Caceres for lunch. We will have a guided tour of Avila, the hometown of St. Therese. (B,D)
MAY 25 Avila/Zaragoza/Barcelona We drive to Zaragoza to visit the Basilica of our Lady of the Pillar. It is said that while preaching in the Iberian peninsula, St. James was discouraged and was threatened by the moors. Our Blessed Mother appeared on a pillar to give him support. St. James was strengthened and continued his preaching and converted the cities and towns to Christianity. The Blessed Mother left the pillar as a symbol of her constant presence. St. James is the Santiago de Compostela that we know today. We continue to Barcelona. (B,D)
MAY 26 Barcelona. We drive uphill to the Montserrat Monastery where, centuries ago, the image of Madonna and Child miraculously survived a huge fire. Everything around the image turned into ashes but the image was intact though covered with soot. Devotees to Our Lady were healed and prayers were answered. The people wanted to transfer the image to the city so more people can come to her. But the image became heavier than rock and will not budge. Soon, a church was built on that area in the serrated mountains of Montserrat. (B,D)
MAY 27 Barcelona / Nice (France) We travel along the blue Mediterranean Sea until we reach the famous city of Nice in the French Riviera. Overnight in Nice. (B,D)
MAY 28 Nice / Genoa / Pisa / Florence (Italy). We continue driving east passing by Genoa, the birthplace of Christopher Columbus. Then to Pisa to enjoy the Leaning Tower and for some picture-taking. On to Florence. (B.D)
MAY 29 Florence / Assisi. Morning sightseeing in the “city of renaissance art” to see the Cathedral, Baptistry and the famous Bell Tower. Proceed to Assisi. (B,D)
MAY 30 Assisi – Rome We visit the tomb of St. Francis and the incorrupt body of St. Clare- two great pillars of the Catholic faith. Jesus spoke to Francis through teh crucifix saying “build my church”. St. Francis transformed the church from its dark ages to one with evangelical meaning through his poverty, preaching and love. In 1224, Francis received teh stigmata. We also pray at the Porziuncola, visit the cell where St. Francis died and pass through the thornless rose garden in the Church of Sta. Maria delle Angeli. Drive to Rome. (B,D).
MAY 31 Rome. We visit the four great basilicas: St. Peter’s, St. John Lateran, St. Pauls’ Outside the Walls and Sta. Maria Maggiore. We also visit St. Alphonsus Church, Scala Sancta.
JUN 01 Rome. We visit the Coloseum – site of gladiatorial combats and early Christian martyrdom, the Roman Forum, Fontana de Trevi, Spanish Steps and Janiculum Hills. Time for shopping
JUN 02 Rome – Cebu. Prepare for our flight back home. Our pilgrimage ends today but the fond and blessed memories will stay for many years. (B)z

-> 45-31 days before departure - 50% of tour cost
-> 30-16 days before departure - 75% of tour cost
-> 15 days to date of departure - 100 % of tour cost
