Mother
Have you ever care so much for someone (includes flora and fauna) other than yourself?
Have you ever feel so protective of someone that makes your sleepless nights?
Have you scolded someone for being reckless even if it is against your will?
Have you ever accepted a responsibility so big that you feel like you’ll carry it through for a lifetime?
Have you tried being hurt by that someone, but ignored it instead?
Have you ever think of earning more since you’re not only thinking of your own needs and wants anymore?
Have you ever feel the joy of buying things for that someone? (Again, includes flora and flauna😂)
Have you ever feel obligated to do some things but love it anyway?
Have you ever tried being so hungry but you have to let that someone eat first?
Have you ever feel so happy just staring at that someone sleeping innocently?
Have you ever feel so fascinated with that someone’s little body details like; their nose, mouth, tongue , feet, hands or paws/stems/leaves?
Have you tried not minding the grossness of some bodily fluids or excretion (hahaha! Anything you can imagine) from someone you care about?
If you do, then you are a Mother.
I am a Mother.
She is a Mother.
He is a Mother.
I see Motherhood simply as a role; and not a gender role.
I see Motherhood as a way we deeply care and nurture others or anything, including our own parents.
We can also be a Mother of our mothers.
That compassion, nurturance and protectiveness we all have, makes us a...
Mother.
We are Mothers.
