2. SECURE YOUR SLOT
A downpayment is required to reserve your slot. Once your payment is confirmed, your slot is officially secured. 💚

3. ABOUT PAYMENTS & CHANGES
We kindly ask everyone to make sure of their schedule before booking. Downpayments are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another schedule.

But if something comes up and you can no longer join, name transfers are allowed! Just coordinate with us ahead of time so we can properly update the participant list.

We want everything to be clear and transparent before you book, so everyone can enjoy the hike with peace of mind. ⛰️
