One of the oldest fortifications in manila is located at Intramuros, Manila it is build on 1571 by the Spanish navigatir and Governor Miguel Lopez de Legazpi.

𝗚𝗨𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗘𝗦 𝗢𝗡 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗩𝗢𝗟𝗨𝗡𝗧𝗔𝗥𝗬 𝗪𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗢𝗙 𝗙𝗔𝗖𝗘 𝗠𝗔𝗦𝗞𝗦 𝗜𝗡 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞𝗣𝗟𝗔𝗖𝗘𝗦
Pursuant to Executive Order No. 07 on October 28, 2022, Article 168 of the Labor Code of the Philippines, as amended, and Republic Act No. 11058, the following guidelines are hereby issued:

𝗖𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗚𝗘: This Advisory shall cover all workers and workplaces in the private sector.

𝗜𝗠𝗣𝗟𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗢𝗙 𝗪𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗙𝗔𝗖𝗘 𝗠𝗔𝗦𝗞𝗦 𝗜𝗡 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞𝗣𝗟𝗔𝗖𝗘𝗦: The wearing of face masks shall be voluntary, except:
1. Healthcare facilities;
2. Medical transport vehicles; and
3. Public transportation by land, air, or sea.
～ Elderly, immunocompromised, unvaccinated, and symptomatic individuals, individuals with comorbidities, and pregnant women are highly encouraged to wear face masks.
～ Employers and their workers have a shared responsibility to ensure safe and healthful working conditions in accordance with the provisions of the Labor Code of the Philippines, as amended, RA 11058, and minimum public health standards.
～ Employers and their workers may implement a policy requiring the wearing of face masks, taking into account, among others, the hazards and risks (e.g. enclosed space and poor ventilation), industry requirements (e.g. food safety), and incidence of other communicable diseases (e.g. flu and tuberculosis), including measures to address non-compliance thereto pursuant to the existing company policy, rules, and regulations.

𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗢𝗙 𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗣𝗥𝗜𝗔𝗧𝗘 𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘: The DOLE Regional Offices shall continuously provide appropriate assistance to ensure safe and healthful working conditions in all workplaces.

𝗡𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟮 (𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗡𝗼𝗻-𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗛𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆) - Work performed on special days merits additional compensation of at least thirty percent (30%) of the basic wage or a total of one hundred thirty percent (130%). Where the employee works on a special day falling on his rest day, he/she shall be entitled to an additional compensation of at least fifty percent (50%) of his/her basic wage or a total of one hundred fifty percent (150%).

𝗡𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟮 (𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗗𝗮𝘆) - An employee is entitled only to his/her daily wage. No premium pay is required since work performed on said day is considered work on an ordinary workday.

Commuters Can Ride a UV to Antipolo pwede bumababa sa before church (inform niyo nalang po si maong driver na sa hinulungang taktak ang pupuntahan niyo) then mag tricycle nalang po. I'm not sure po sa exact fare dahil may service po kami. 🥰🥰

Alam niyo ba na ang isang empleyadong nagresign ay hindi entitled sa separation pay? Ito ay dahil choice ng empleyadong iwanan ang kumpanya. Ang separation pay ay mandatory na ibinibigay lamang sa mga empleyadong inalis sa trabaho dahil sa mga authorized causes gaya ng mga sumusunod:

1. Retrenchment to prevent losses
2. Closure or cessation of operation of an establishment not due to serious losses or financial reverses
3. When the employee is suffering from a disease not curable
within a period of six (6) months
4. Lack of service assignment of security guard for a continuous
period of six (6) months
5. Installation by employer of labor-saving devices
6. Redundancy
7. Impossible reinstatement of the employee
8. Lack of service assignment of security guard by reason of age
