Coral Crest Philippines is looking for a creative, reliable, and proactive Social Media Virtual Assistant to help us build and grow our travel brand across Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
📱 MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Facebook
* Manage and grow the Coral Crest Philippines page
* Create and schedule posts and Reels
* Respond to comments and basic customer inquiries
* Help increase genuine followers and engagement
* Assist with Meta/Facebook advertising
Instagram
* Create and set up our Instagram business account
* Create Reels, posts and Stories
* Repurpose Facebook content for Instagram
* Write engaging captions and hashtags
* Grow genuine followers and engagement
YouTube
* Create and set up our YouTube channel
* Upload YouTube Shorts and travel videos
* Create titles, descriptions and thumbnails
* Repurpose short-form content from Facebook/Instagram
🎨 SKILLS REQUIRED
You should be comfortable using:
* Canva
* CapCut
* Facebook / Meta Business Suite
* Instagram
* YouTube Studio
* Basic social media analytics
* Basic video editing
* English writing
Travel industry or tourism experience is a PLUS.
🌍 TARGET MARKET
Our goal is to build a global audience, particularly:
🇵🇭 Philippines
🇺🇸 United States
🇦🇺 Australia
🇩🇪 Germany
🇬🇧 United Kingdom
🇪🇺 Other European countries
Experience targeting Filipino travelers and international travelers is a plus.
📅 EXPECTED WORK
Approximately 10–15 hours per week.
We are looking for someone who can help us consistently create and publish quality content rather than simply posting randomly.
💰 BUDGET
₱8,000–₱10,000/month to start
This will initially be a 30-day paid trial.
If the work is good and the page is growing, we are open to increasing the hours and compensation.
