A CALL FOR SUPPORT AND DONATION:

Greetings from the Southern Mindanao

In this time of crisis from the destructive earthquakes in affecting Kidapawan City, LGU Makilala, LGU Magpet, LGU Tulunan of North Cotabato, LGU Magsaysay, LGU Bansalan, LGU Matanao and parts of Digos City in Davao del Sur which has damaged houses and infrastructures, and affecting no less than 80,000 families, I am appealing to all for support and donation to be provided to these cities/municipalities

The Philippine Institute of Environmentap Planners (PIEP) SOCCSKSARGEN Chapter is appealing for your assistance.

Most of the affected families have relocated to municipal gymnasiums, open spaces within the barangay centers away from theie homes to avoid landslides. Some of their houses have collapsed and are covered with soil and debris. Most of them are also exposed to rain and cold weather in their relocation sites.

The following are the most needed items:

1) Food (rice, canned goods, instant noodles)
2) Water and Sanitary items (bath & laundry soap, napkins and wipes)
3) Clothing
4) Tent/trapal
5) Blankets
6) Medicines

I hope you could extend a helping hand for these affected families in Cotabato Province and Davao del Sur
