• Do you pick up packages?
Yes, we do. Please contact 0905-376-9635; 0923-519-0655 for booking schedule.
• What is your cut-off for booking?
For main Hagonoy, Bulacan areas – 3PM on Mondays to Fridays and 1PM on Saturdays
• What are your areas of coverage for pick up?
Barangay Sto. Nino, San Sebastian, San Nicolas, San Jose, Mercado, Sta. Monica, San Agustin
• Do you have minimum number of package for pick up?
Yes. 2 Items and above.
Our office is just located at Sto. Nino Poblacion ( In front of BDO and Petron )
• What are the services offered?
Currently, we offer the following services:
o Nationwide delivery
• How do I pay?
Payments can be made upon pick up of your package.
• Can we request supplies before hand? What are your packaging materials?
Yes, you can request supplies in advance, please drop by to our office at Jendel Travel and Tours Sto. Nino Poblacion Hagonoy, Bulacan ( in front of BDO and Petron ).
• What is the transit time of the shipments sent through Ecourier Hagonoy?
Transit time for Domestic shipment is 1 to 3 business days.
• Do you have item restrictions?
Ecourier does not accept the following items.
o Briefcases and security type attache cases with installed alarm devices; or lithium batteries and / or pyrotechnic material;
o Explosives, munitions, fireworks and flares;
o Gases (flammable, non-flammable, deeply refrigerated and poisonous) such as camping gas and aerosols;
o Flammable liquids, such as lighter fuels, lighter refills, paints, and thinner;
o Flammable solids and articles which are easily ignited; substances liable to spontaneous combustion; substances which in contact with water emit flammable gases;
o Oxidizing substances (such as bleaching powder and peroxides);
o Poisonous (toxic) and infectious substances such as bacteria, virus cultures;
o Radioactive materials (such as smoke detector, radioactive pharmaceuticals, etc);
o Corrosive (such as mercury which may be contained in thermometers, acids, alkalies and wet-cell batteries);
o Disabling devices (such as mace, pepper spray etc. Containing an irritant or incapacitating substance);
o Magnetized materials and miscellaneous dangerous goods as listed in the IATA Dangerous Goods regulations.

• Do you offer insurance for the item?
Yes, we do offer insurance. Valuation charge for Nationwide delivery is, First Php500 is Php15, add-on per Php100 is Php1.00.
For food and fragile items (electronics, glass items, and the like), the insurance is for lost package only.
Damages incurred during shipping is not included on the insurance.
• What if I don’t insure my package is it got lost?
If the item is not insured, Ecourier Hagonoy’s liability will only be limited on the shipping cost of the package.
• Do you have maximum weight of package per pick up?
Yes, we do have maximum weight. The maximum weight is up to 30kg. For 15kg and above, it is highly recommend that you inform us before hand, since our main mode of pick up is motorcycle.
• How would I know how much will I pay for the package for delivery?
Our couriers have weighing scales with them. Upon pick up, they shall get the actual and volume weight of your package, the chargeable weight is based on whichever is higher between the two.
Volume weight is computed by multiplying the dimension (length x width x height) of the shipment based in centimeter, divide by 3,500 for local delivery.
