The learning session was facilitated by Mr. Arvin C. Fabian, Senior Labor and Employment Officer of the DOLE Zambales Office, through the initiative of Eramen Minerals, Inc. (EMI) in partnership with M.P. Adolfo Personnel & Logistics Provider OPC, GII Machinery & Equipment Services, Inc., Kabraso Multi-Purpose Cooperative, and Samer Luzon Integrated Services, Inc.
The seminar reinforced the importance of:

Upholding the Safe Spaces Act and preventing sexual harassment in the workplace; and

Strengthening every organization's commitment to workers' rights, dignity, equality, and compliance with Philippine labor laws.
