Step into the past and discover the soul of Filipino heritage at Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar—where history lives, and every structure tells a story.

One of its most iconic houses is Casa Luna, originally from La Union. It belonged to the Luna family—relatives of the great Filipino painter Juan Luna.
Restored plank by plank, it now stands proudly by the beach, echoing tales of bravery, artistry, and Filipino pride.

Another treasure is Casa Biñan, the ancestral home of Teodora Alonso, mother of our national hero Dr. José Rizal. This house witnessed the childhood of Rizal’s mother, whose strength and intellect greatly influenced his life. Carefully transported and restored at Las Casas, it now stands as a tribute to the family values and spirit that shaped a hero.

As Mr. Jerry Acuzar, founder of Las Casas, beautifully wrote:
“May dating at puso kapag pinagsama-sama
Gumaganda kapag nabibihisan
Ngunit pumapangit kapag napapabayaan
Sa bawat bahay ay may damdamin at karakter
May pera sa bulok
Sa pagkalinga natin sa ating kalikasan at kapaligiran.”
His vision turned forgotten ruins into national treasures—a gift for generations.
