F. Ocampo Avenue Homeowners Association, Inc. - FOHAI Homeowners Notice!

REFERENDUM PETITION FOR MAYNILAD INDIVIDUALIZATION OF WATER SERVICE CONNECTION FOR RESIDENTIAL

We, the undersigned Board of Directors of F. Ocampo Avenue Homeowners Association, Inc. (FOHAI) is respectfully requesting for a quorum for referendum petition and board resolution for Maynilad individualization of water service connection for residential.

Proposal letter from Maynilad Water Services, Inc. is enclosed in this letter for reference.

Upon signing in this referendum automatically consent and agreed that the association collect information in accordance of the Anti-Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). All data will be transmitted to the aforementioned concessionaire as part of the requirements in the aforesaid request.

Update mga ka-residente sa nakalipas na post (link sa ibaba), sa aming verification at imbestigasyon meron pong unauthorized na nakialam ng pagputol ng selyo at pagbukas ng gate valve ng Maynilad. Nasa kalagitnaan po tayo ng negosasyon at intervention ng pumapagitna at ng dalawang water concessionaires.

Uulitin ko, meron pong kaukulang parusa kung sino po ang may gawa nito. Identified na po kayo.

Habang hindi parin nakikipag-ugnayan ang Primewater hinggil sa isyung ito.
