Hello loyal ka-toktok, Toktok Lipa () is here to remind everyone to be very careful, this is regards on the incident happened in our one loyal ka-koktok regarding on fee or riders requested an additonal fee beyond on the calculated fee in our Toktok App. Our stand on it. First and foremost we apologize on what happen and for the inconvenience. Toktok Lipa never allows our riders to collect excessive amount. Toktok Lipa has no employees or riders hired since June 2021. We have only 3 riders by year 2020 to May 2021 and all orders are being handle over our office and deligate to our trustworthy and reliable riders which is designated in Lipa- Tanauan, Lipa- SanPablo and Lipa-Batangas and around 72 barangays of Lipa City. After their contract, Toktok Lipa decided to stop hiring. Since then, Toktok Lipa quite operates without riders, June 2021 until now. This is beacause of speculated charging of excessive fee charge by the villant riders and cancellation of orders issues on the App and collecting orders fee. That is an irresponsible action of riders. Our business are affected very much, as a matter of fact our transactions down by 90% since Toktok lunched in 2020 nationwide. For your Information, you are accommodated by Toktok Lipa using Toktok App, placing your orders and delivered your package on your door step using referral code 11111995581. This is because of a third party operators who handled other riders. In this regards, Toktok Lipa has no responsibility on that matter. For now the thing that we can do is to report them on [email protected] so that they will never to accept orders and suspended nor blocked.
