January Recap: Nurturing Green Spaces Together 🍃

Acciona-EEI JV, in collaboration with Clark Development Corporation, Soliman EC, and Dia Town, conducted tree care, maintenance, and pruning activities along Panday Pira Avenue, Clark Freeport Zone to help ensure the healthy growth and long-term survival of young trees, including seedlings previously planted by AEJV.

While tree planting marks an important first step, proper care and maintenance are what allow these trees to truly thrive. This activity represents a small but significant part of a broader, ongoing commitment to nurture and protect the community’s green spaces.

We are glad to be part of this collective initiative, and we look forward to further advancing our sustainability efforts with our partners and the community as we work toward a greener and more sustainable future. 🌱

This holiday season, Acciona-EEI JV was honored to spend meaningful time with children’s homes, social welfare shelters, and underserved communities in some of the most remote and vulnerable areas in Mabalacat.

Through sharing simple holiday gift bags, essential supplies, toys, and small moments of cheer, we hoped to bring comfort and smiles to the communities that warmly welcomed us. We are glad to share a few glimpses of these visits, while continuing to respect the privacy of others.

More than the gifts, these moments allowed us to connect, listen, and strengthen the trust we have built with the communities we serve. We hope that these small acts of kindness helped spark joy, a sense of belonging, and hope that carries on long after the holiday season.

We are deeply grateful for the opportunity to give back, and we remain committed to carrying forward this spirit of care, compassion, and generosity throughout the holiday season and into the year ahead. 🎄🎁

ACCIONA-EEI JV Runs for a Healthier Mabalacat 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

In observance of World Diabetes Day, AEJV supported the Mabalacat LGU–City Health Office in its first-ever Fun Run for Diabetes Awareness & Prevention, an initiative aimed at raising public awareness on diabetes prevention and management, promoting healthy lifestyle practices, and strengthening the city’s advocacy against noncommunicable diseases.

The event gathered over 750 runners, health advocates, partner agencies, and community members, all united in promoting wellness and encouraging early action against diabetes.

🚂 On Track to Better Health: ACCIONA-EEI JV’s Railway to Wellness in Mabalacat City 🚂

In celebration of Elderly Filipino Week, AEJV reaffirmed its commitment to community wellness through a medical mission for the senior citizens of Mabalacat City. The initiative offered free medical consultations, medicines, and elderly wellness and care kits, benefitting more than 500 senior citizens from 27 barangays across the city.

This initiative was made possible through the joint efforts of AEJV and the Mabalacat City Local Government Unit, led by the Mabalacat Government in Action, the City Health Office, and the Office of Senior Citizens Affairs. Partnerships like these strengthen AEJV’s commitment to improving lives and building healthier, more sustainable communities.

Acciona-EEI JV Extends a Helping Hand to Earthquake-Affected Communities in Cebu

In response to the recent 6.9-magnitude earthquake that struck Cebu, AEJV quickly mobilized relief efforts to support affected families and communities. Food packs and emergency tents were distributed to residents who were displaced and in urgent need of temporary shelter and basic necessities.

This initiative was made possible through the joint efforts of AEJV, the Acciona and EEI teams from Cebu, BigBlue Logistics Corporation Plant 5, Dakay Construction & Development Corporation, local government partners, and community volunteers, working together to ensure aid reached those who needed it most.

AEJV remains committed to standing with communities, offering not just support, but also empathy and hope. ✨
