Day 2 | Building Stronger Teams Through Fun and Collaboration💚❤️💛

The excitement continued on Day 2 at Bakasyunan Resort in Tanay, Rizal, where the STAMM family came together for an unforgettable team-building experience.

Participants were divided into three teams: the Green Team, Red Team, and Yellow Team —and competed in a series of exciting challenges that highlighted teamwork, communication, trust, and camaraderie. Every activity was filled with enthusiasm, laughter, and healthy competition, making the day both fun and memorable for everyone.

Congratulations to the Green Team for being crowned the Overall Champion! 🏆 Well done to the Red Team for finishing as first runner-up, and to the Yellow Team for their outstanding teamwork and determination throughout the event.

More than the results, the greatest achievement was the stronger connections we built and the memories we created together. Here's to continuing to work as one team, supporting one another, and achieving even greater success together.

🌱 Day 1 | Growing Together, Learning Together

Last July 25, 2026, the STAMM family officially kicked off our two-day company activity with a meaningful tree-planting initiative at Purok 3, Brgy. Mamuyao, Tanay, Rizal.

The journey to the planting site was an adventure in itself as we rode jeepney and 4x4 vehicles, crossing several rivers before reaching the area. We are also grateful to the Upland Farmers Association of Barangay Mamuyao Inc. (UFABMI) for their warm hospitality and invaluable support throughout the activity.

Together, Stamm International Inc. and Stamm Brokerage Inc. successfully planted 2,000 tree seedlings, reaffirming our shared commitment to environmental sustainability and helping create a greener future for generations to come.

In the afternoon, we continued the day with informative seminars and company updates that reinforced our commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

💻 IT (ERP) Updates

Last Saturday, June 20, the STAMM family gathered to celebrate Father’s Day with the theme “Beyond the Workplace: Cheers to Dad! Pagpupugay sa mga Ama, Lolo, at mga Bayani ng Pamilya.”

Seeing some of our dads share the day with their children made the celebration even more meaningful—a beautiful reminder that behind every hardworking father is a heart devoted to family.

To all the fathers and father figures, thank you for your love, sacrifices, and quiet strength. Your efforts do not go unnoticed, and the impact you make reaches far beyond the workplace and into the hearts of those who matter most.

We are honored to be part of this meaningful partnership with PUMGG-SARF, together with BRADD International Management Corporation and OFW EV Transport Services providing household sewing machines that will help produce uniforms for EV drivers and various organizations. This initiative is more than just supplying equipment, it's about creating opportunities, promoting livelihood, and supporting communities through sustainable skills and productivity.

𝟮𝟯 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 – 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄

As part of our yearly practice, the company’s performance and results were reviewed during the Annual Management Review. Department teams came together for an awareness and alignment exercise to assess where we currently stand and where we are heading as an organization.

The discussions once again emphasized the importance of innovation and communication — values that continue to remain at the core of our operations. This year, the Chairman further highlighted the need for resilience in light of global developments and local economic conditions. While challenges remain present, he reaffirmed the company’s strength and determination, stating: “We are strong and want to keep it that way.”

Particular attention was also given to the importance of awareness and vigilance against potential cyber attacks and various forms of online fraudulent activities.

In terms of financial performance, the company remains grateful for its steady and consistent development over the past nearly 25 years, throughout which detailed performance statistics have been maintained.
