We are thrilled to announce the successful launch of our newest cargo ship, the
𝐌𝐕 𝐕𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐚, last February 6, 2026, at Fortune Shipyard, Manila!

In a proud display of Group's integrated maritime capabilities, the 𝐌/𝐓𝐮𝐠 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥-𝐒𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐫—a tugboat—served as the primary bridge for the event. The tugboat provided a safe and stable passage, allowing our shipowners and guests to board the MV Viana directly for the ceremonies. This seamless collaboration was followed by a Holy Mass and vessel-wide blessing officiated by Father Dom, concluding with a proud ribbon-cutting led by our 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬.

Accompanied by 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐉𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐥𝐚𝐭 𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐳 and his crew, as well as representatives from our 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, 𝐇𝐑, 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐈𝐓 𝐝𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬, we celebrated this milestone with a festive lunch at the 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐥𝐚 𝐘𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐭 𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐛. Qualifications and Competencies:

1) Graduate of Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

4) Atleast 3 years working experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Look after the day-to-day operation of the vessels.

• Responsible for the routine inspection of vessels and ensure all deficiencies noted are rectified and reported.

• Monitors work place activities to ensure that workers comply with company’s safety & quality management system (SQMS).

• Help manage risks and hazards in the workplace, our yard and shipyards. This includes raising awareness about the importance of following safety guidelines, and carrying out the drills and exercises to deal with an emergency situation.

• Develop injury and incident prevention strategies for the workplace.

• Recommend important aspects related to safety in ship’s maintenance plan.

- Develop and implement various marketing activities in line with the company’s requirements.
- Acquire customers for the company's vessels.

- Devise and develop sales proposals and any marketing collateral the company may require.

- Work closely with other team members and will also liaise with external agencies, such as design and marketing companies as well as directly with clients.

- Maintain certain marketing tools ie, company website, as part of your role as a Marketing Coordinator and so it is important that you are fully conversant with web technology.

- Establish and develop lead generation and help grow the company’s sales thereby improving turnover and profit in line with company targets.
