oximately 45 minutes drive north of Dumaguete City. It is primarily engaged in the production of sugarcanes for the manufacture of raw sugar. Hacienda Valencia is a respected leader in the area with an annual production average of over 90 tons / hectare. It is considered to be one of the more progressive farms in the area as it has been repeatedly cited for its commitment to introducing new technologies in the field of sugarcane farming. Hacienda Valencia is also engaged in the commercial production of fruits, mainly mango, having recently implemented a planting program aimed at diversifying its product lines. In line with its diversification efforts, ECIC has established the Consumer Business Group in 2002 as its retail distribution unit for imported fashion and footwear brands. Past relationships in the retail have been the investment as a minority shareholder in Burger King Philippines, Inc., the establishment of retail concept stores representing brands of sporting goods such as Puma, New Balance and Arena swimwear. The company is currently the exclusive distributor in the Philippines for Ipanema, Grendha, Rider and Ginga footwear brands. The company continues to seek foreign brands in the consumer goods sector for introduction into the Philippine retail and wholesale market. Other affiliated companies are ELRO Land Inc., engaged primarily in the real estate development, 24 Hours Vendo Machine Corporation, a company that provides its clientele with round the clock convenient vending services, and Bambu Retail Ventures Inc., operator of the Bambu and Sandalias chain of stores nationwide.

URGENT HIRING: E-commerce Supervisor

Duties & Responsibilities:
-Overall in-charge of online marketing strategy and monitors performance in key metrics.
-Manages and has master access in Seller Center and all its features including order management, uploading of SKU's, updating of stock allocation, submission of promos, visual merchandising of online flagship store, and customer support.
-Works closely with Sr. Sales & Marketing Manager to create marketing plan for big campaigns like 9.9, 11.11, 12.12 and other monthly online flash sales/campaigns.
-Decorate the store and uploads collateral's according to campaign or promo.
-Promptly supports customer inquiries via chat and comments, and uses canned responses according to brand guidelines as guide.

Requirements:
-Bachelor's Degree holder of any business course, or any related course that understands the online landscape.
-Has at least 3 years of work experience in the retail industry.
-Experience in handling premium brands is a huge advantage.
-Familiar with best practices for online marketing promotion and up to speed with the latest trends.
-Energetic, team player, adaptable to fast pacing of the digital landscape.
-Comfortable writing using English language
-Knowledge on Adobe Photoshop is a plus but not required.
