1. PLEASE TRY TO SETTLE BALANCE WITHIN A WEEK UPON RELEASE UNLESS WE HAVE AGREED DATE OF PICKUP. UPON ARRIVAL O

2. AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE PLEASE REFRAIN FROM CANCELLING ORDERS UPON ARRIVAL. CANCELATION WOULD MEAN FORFEITURE OF DEPOSIT AND FOR THOSE WHO HAS THE PRIVILEGE OF ORDERING WITHOUT DEPOSIT, WE WOULD BE REQUIRING A BIGGER DEPOSIT FOR NEW ORDERS WHEN YOU MAKE A CANCELLATION.
3. FOR BACKORDERS, (ORDERS AFTER P. PERIOD) PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT SOMETIMES CUTOFF IS MADE WITHOUT NOTIFICATION TO US FROM SUPPLIER. WE WILL TRY TO SERVE ALL ORDERS AS WELL UPON RELEASE OF ITEMS.
4. IN CASE THERE SHOULD BE A CUTOFF FROM SUPPLIER, WE WILL TRY TO PROCURE FROM OTHER SOURCES TO COMPLETE YOUR ORDER. BUT IN EVENT WE CANNOT COMPLETE YOUR REQUEST, WE WILL IMMEDIATELY REFUND YOUR DEPOSIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR KIND UNDERSTANDING ON THIS MATTER. IF YOU HAVE ANY INQUIRIES PLEASE FEEL FREE TO MESSAGE US. - ETA (Estimate Time of Arrival) is not definite as delays are inevitable at times. Delays are from mostly from manufacturer / supplier and shipping schedules. We ask for your patience and understanding.
- We constantly update new arrivals through posts as to let those who reserved that their items has arrived. For items that are still pending, you are free to message us anytime to give you an update on you reserved items. As stated above, ETAs are not definite. Please try to bear with us as we also have no control on scheduled arrivals.
- For provincial orders, we would be happy to arrange delivery for you through our partner courier who handles all our deliveries for outside Metro Manila areas. We would like to request your patience as we need to pack and schedule delivery. Delivery usually takes 1 day or 2 depending on area. We do not have control over what specific time item will arrive but rest assured item will arrive. Please try to adjust your schedule accordingly if you want to receive item earlier.
- As we have multiple items arriving on weekly basis, We would like to ask for your cooperation on payments for balance due. Please try to settle your pending balances within 7 days upon arrival. We kindly ask you to send us a reply or message us to confirm that you have received our messages regarding your arrived items. Please be reminded that if we do not get any confirmation from you on said arrived items, we will consider item as ABANDONED and deposit given will be FORFEITED. Items will be given to the next buyer on waitlist. We hope for your kind understanding on this issues.
