Our Story

EMME Subic Transport Corporation is a result of a merger of our two trucking companies namely: EMME Transport Facilities Corporation (ETFC) and Subic Transport Facilities Corporation (STFC). ETFC is the first of the two hauling companies that has served numerous hailing contracts since it started on June 6, 1975. The company was founded by then newly married couple Lt. Edgar B. Aglipay and Mrs. Marinette Y. Aglipay. It has done business with prestigious business firms such as the Chemphil Group of Companies, DM Consunji, National Steel Corporation and Bacnotan Steel. Throughout its 42 years of service, it has grown its fleet from 2 trucks in 1975 to about 700+ units of trucking equipment to date. It also increased its garage area from one small 50 square meter lot to a total of 10 garagaes with a total of 15.53 hectares.

The success of ETFC has also resulted in the birth sister company in 1995: Subic Transport Facilities Corporation (STFC) which serves the Lina Group of Companies which includes Federal Express, 2100 Customs Brokers and U-Freight Philippines that caters mostly various PEZA clients. In 2004, the two companies were merged, which is now known as EMME Subic Transport Corporation (ESTC). Next big leap in our company history was the birth of Secured Logistics and Brokerage Specialists, Inc. as proof of EMME's commitment to its clients. Incorporated on November 8, 2001, Secured Logistics provides custom brokerage, customs, clearance, tariff consultancy and other allied services. In this globalized trade environment, Secured Logistic was focused on providing for the clients' need for a secure and safe processing and transit of cargo. With more than a decade of experience in transporation in the port area and in the handling of export and import hauling, Secured Logistics will surely carve a niche in the market as the ultimate secured choice.
