A winning sports tourism event that celebrates the spirit of Boracay.

Celebrated annually during the last Friday and Saturday of October, as institutionalized through Municipal Ordinance No. 516, Series of 2023, introduced by then-Sangguniang Bayan Member Dalidig “Datu Yap” Sumndad, the Boracay White Beach Festival brings together sports, tourism, and community in the world’s best island destination. This annual celebration reflects Boracay’s vibrant sporting culture while promoting the conservation and preservation of its iconic White Beach.

The Local Government Unit of Malay, under the leadership of Mayor Frolibar Sacapaño Bautista, through the Municipal Tourism Office headed by Dr. Felix G. Delos Santos Jr., proudly invites everyone to be part of this year’s festivities, with the support of the local government’s tourism initiatives.

Beyond its exciting sports competitions and activities, the festival fosters camaraderie among residents, local businesses, organizations, athletes, and visitors. As a winning sports tourism event, it showcases Boracay’s potential to bring people together through sports, strengthen the local tourism industry, support livelihoods, and promote a more sustainable destination.
