On January 12, 2026, IDNP Global Logistics Inc. had the distinct honor of visiting the Bureau of Customs – Port of Cebu, where our team met Ms. Alexandra Yap‑Lumontad, the current District Collector for the Bureau of Customs (BOC) Port of Cebu, who assumed office in early November 2025.

As the first Cebuana to hold this position, her leadership reflects a forward‑looking vision grounded in collaboration, modernization, and creating a more seamless trade environment.

During our visit, District Collector Yap‑Lumontad shared an inspiring message that deeply resonated with our mission:

“ The whole support of BOC Port of Cebu is yours, a commitment from me. ”

Her words capture a shared commitment to strengthen partnership and advance progress within the logistics and trade community.

Our engagement reaffirmed our aligned goals of:

• Strengthening public‑private collaboration

• Supporting enhanced and modernized customs processes

• Driving transparent, efficient, and future‑ready trade facilitation.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to District Collector Yap‑Lumontad for the warm welcome and for steadfastly championing progress within the Port of Cebu.
