💼 Career Opportunity: Import Export Processor
📍 Quezon City

We are seeking an experienced Import Export Processor to join our team.
As an Import Export Processor, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient facilitation of customers' shipments by processing all customs-related requirements.

Key Responsibilities (Air Freight):
• File manual entries at the Bureau of Customs
• Monitor shipment files in the BOC portal
• Process the release of import cargo from warehouses
• Represent the broker during physical examinations at warehouses
• Obtain police clearance for dangerous goods
• Process banking, break bulk, forwarding, and shipping line fees • Retrieve original documents from clients and shipping lines
• Collect container deposit refunds from shipping lines
• Monitor truck arrivals and report to the Import & Export Supervisor

Key Responsibilities (Sea Freight):
• File manual entries at the Bureau of Customs
• Monitor shipment files in the BOC portal
• Process the release of import cargo from warehouses
• Obtain police clearance for dangerous goods
• Act on behalf of the broker, forwarder, and shipping line for physical examinations
• Endorse original bills of lading to shipping lines and forwarders
