is dedicated to Quality Management System, committed to provide quality seafarers; ensure that the needs of ship owners/principals are delivered on time and to continually improve the future of Filipino seafarers. Management and all employees commit themselves to perform assigned responsibilities effectively and efficiently thru implementations of Quality Management System in conformity with ISO 9

001: 2015, in accordance with mandatory requirements of STCW 2010 Manila Amendment, national and international regulations and special requirements of ship owners/principals. established quality objectives, as follows:
 To provide quality seafarers who are carefully evaluated and selected, consistent with principals’ requirements;
 To ensure the welfare and prevent accident and abuse of seafarer;
 To support and respond to the needs of principals and ship owners;
 To maintain a competent and motivated work force, through training and continuously improve quality and management skills;
 To provide competitive salaries to all employees as well as to all seafarer’s being deployed to different vessels.
