Job Description
We are looking for a Customs Brokerage Encoder to join our growing customs brokerage team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate encoding and lodgment of shipment entries, timely uploading of documents to BOC portals, preparation and distribution of required documentation, and monitoring shipment status.

Key Responsibilities
• Encode and lodge shipment entries for Consumption, Warehousing, and PEZA transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Upload required documents to BOC portals in accordance with regulatory and company procedures.
• Maintain and update job records, including job summaries, entry numbers, duties and taxes, and upload details.
• Prepare and distribute hard copies of documents to assigned processors and provide additional documentation as needed.
• Monitor shipment status and coordinate with team leaders and processors to ensure smooth and timely processing of entries .

Qualifications
• Graduate of Bachelor’s/College Degree in Customs Administration
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• With excellent oral & written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel (Pivot is an Advantage)
• Willing to start ASAP
• Willing to work in Port Area, Manila

Job Description
We are looking for a Customs Declarant to join our growing Customs Brokerage team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, processing, and monitoring customs documentation to ensure timely and compliant clearance of shipments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare import documentation for consumption, warehousing, and PEZA entries to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Compute duties and taxes accurately in accordance with Bureau of Customs (BOC) rules and regulations.
• Perform tariff classification of imported items to determine correct duties and ensure proper categorization.
