Within 24 hours of receipt of your order you may return any merchandise for any of the following reasons:
-Incorrect item shipped
-Damaged or defective items
-Proven that the product is counterfeit
After 24 hours has passed and there are no reported issues with the item, NO RETURN NO EXCHANGE POLICY is applied. We will not accept return/exchange of items just because you have changed your mind or miscalculated the size of the item. Important: Replacements/exchange of item is only applicable if it is still in its ORIGINAL packaging with complete tags and other inclusive items intact. The shipment fee returning to us will be handled by the buyer. In case that there is no replacement for the item, only then that we will issue a full refund. We are not liable for damages caused by shipping/transit and we leave the responsibility to the buyer to negotiate with the courier regarding this. We're also glad if you could tag us or inform us if you have received the package and are satisfied with your order. Lay-away Policy (Not Available at the moment):
We offer lays-away with 30% down payment and the remaining 70% is payable within 2 months (for items with single and/or combined value of 6,000). Upon down payment, the item is considered reserved and switching of order is NOT allowed. Balance is payable within 2 months after you have made your down -payment. Failure to pay the complete amount on your due date will result to the FORFEITURE of your previous payments. In the event that you decide to cancel the transaction, we reserve the right to keep the 30% down payment as a reservation fee.
